Refund policy

At Soly Hux, we are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your clothing purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of receiving your item.

Returns requested after 90 days will not be accepted.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the garment must:

  • Be requested within 90 days of delivery

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized clothing

  • Items labeled as “Final Sale”

  • Items returned after the 90-day period

  • Garments damaged, altered, or stained by the customer


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email support@solyhuxstore.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the item.

  2. Return Approval
    Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Send the Item Back
    Ship the package using any trackable shipping method.
    (We do not accept “Return to Sender” packages.)

  4. Refund or Exchange
    When the item arrives, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and process your refund or send your exchange.


Return Shipping Fee

  • If the return is our fault
    (incorrect item, defective item, quality issue)
    → We cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons
    (wrong size ordered, changed mind, incorrect address provided)
    → Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (usually $5–$10 depending on carrier).

We do not charge a restocking fee.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

  • Bank or card processing time may vary.

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank. If you still need help, contact us at support@solyhuxstore.com.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • You may still return the order after it arrives.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your clothing item arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos or video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customer-caused damage or wear is not eligible for refunds.
